For the best results, wear the sizing gauge snugly around the base of your intended finger and ensure it does not rotate freely.

Wearing it for over 24 hours is recommended to assess comfort and fit throughout the day and night.

The RingConn Smart Ring can be worn on any finger and either hand. However, the index, middle or ring finger is recommended for optimal accuracy and comfort.

Make sure you test the exact finger on which you intend to wear your smart ring.
